#161 Tuesday’s with David - “Fairy Falls”

David’s Insight on Fairy Falls"

Summer in Scotland, chilly and wet on the Isle of Skye at the Fairy Pools. The site of the last great clan battle in 1601, this is a tranquil setting today with waterfalls and rock pools along a 2.4m gravel walking path. Located on the northern slopes of the Black Cullin range, the crystal-clear stream runs down the hillside to eventually become River Brittle. The rugged landscape creates pools and mini falls along its way down, creating a truly spectacular highlands vista. Check out the video for the shooting conditions that day.  Perseverance ☺
